Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can not only sell, but who can implement
and develop all aspects of a sales department A to Z, including:

- Work closely with graphics department to create sales promotions and related collateral;
- Recruiting, interviewing and hiring qualified sales professionals;
- Tracking sales progress and providing detailed reports to upper management;

Training and closely monitoring sales staff including:
● Communication of the company's mission, values, operations and policies
● Basic computer system training
● Immersion in phone sales and/or outside sales techniques
● Making outside sales calls with new sales reps to show them how to close the sale
● Interact with prospective clients in a professional and engaging manner
● Clearly present the company and our products
● Develop processes to ensure complete and accurate sales follow through
● Build rapport with prospective clients
● Close sales effectively
● Ongoing sales training during the Reps’ first six months of employment, which entails
● Guidance of Reps throughout the business day
● Daily team meetings to enhance product knowledge and to hone communication skills
● Weekly meetings with individual Reps to review progress

The ideal candidate will have the following background and skills:
- Minimum of five years sales experience with a proven track record of hitting goals
- Outside sales experience
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-through
- Proven ability to train and to coach both new and established sales people
- Experience in hiring, managing and inspiring new sales staff members
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong passion and enthusiasm for our products
